Can someone point me in the right direction how to take robinroo casino to a hearing to receive the money I won


I have been depositing money lots of money for months here, I have won the sum of thousands fair and square and the moment I put a pending withdrawal in I have now been blocked from the site.


I have been in contact before this daily by vip managers talking like friends being led astray and depositing a lot of money a day the second I withdraw I have been blocked.


i have read that somewhere someone has taken them to a hearing and received the money owed to them and I would like to know how this was done


the money I won was to go to my mums cancer treatment and these bastards have now defrauded me of money that can pay for this.

do you have any idea why your account has been blocked, please? Can your account be closed down due to some investigation maybe?

When was the last time you could log in, please?

ive never had a issue logging in and the moment I make a withdrawal I encountered issues straight away.


me I was playing on there site and the second I withdraw within 5 mins I am encountering issues and then was blocked or logged out

Do I understand correctly that your account has been already verified yet and when?

If I may guess I would say that the withdrawal possibly triggered some additional account checks.

Are you sure you have not received any email from the casino, please?

I think that this is probably not some sort of technical bug, but still, a few usual "technical" tips:

clearing the cache\cookies,

launching the casino from different devices, or in incognito mode in the Chrome browser,

alternatively by using a different browser.

What is the situation now? If you still have an active balance in your casino account, I'd say it's worth taking action. I'll wait for your response, to be sure..
