Gör en undersökning av casinogurudeltagarnas åsikter. Är detta casino ärligt? Luktar det av bedrägeri?

I think I know exactly how you feel. I would feel exactly the same if I’m honest. And I don’t think this is very user-friendly or fair.

On the other hand, I know that casinos can offer bonuses to anyone and can also take them away without necessarily having to explain why it happened.

Personally, I don’t think it should be like that, because if a casino gives you a bonus once, it should take it away immediately at the start, and not only when you manage to win from it and then want to withdraw, claiming it was some kind of technical glitch or something similar.

This is definitely not a good experience for the player, and for me it would also not be a good experience.

Since I am only a forum admin, I can give my opinion and what I think, but how the situation is handled and what we can possibly sanction the casino for is up to our complaint team, where unfortunately it ended the way it did.😕
