Razed Casino – generell diskussion (sida 2)

Hello, I can see you’ve been through a lot, and I think it’s fair to explain our limits now to avoid further disappointment.

Casino Guru focuses on casino-related complaints. When it comes to sports betting, especially technical aspects, we’re generally unable to help. I’m really sorry about that.

It may be more helpful to submit your complaint to a website that handles sports betting disputes. AskGamblers accepts these complaints, and LCB may also be able to help.

In any case, I think we’ll know more once the mediators review your complaint request.

AskedGamblers visar mig inte Razed-casinot alls...

Okay, that’s not the outcome I was hoping for. Still, there might be one more option worth checking.

On our website, players can submit complaints even against casinos that aren’t listed. There’s a specific step in the form for that. I’m not very familiar with how AskGamblers handles this, but perhaps you could ask on their forum and an administrator could explain the options.

Maybe there’s a way we just don’t know about yet.

Jag har redan skickat in ett klagomål på webbplatsen och väntar på att det ska godkännas.

Hey, that’s a positive turn of events! We’re still talking about AskGamblers, right? I really hope they’ll be able to help you.

Jag har lämnat in ett klagomål på den här webbplatsen och på askgamblers

Okay, got it. I’m not sure whether you noticed that Casino Guru can’t help with your complaint, so I really hope AskGamblers will be able to look into the sports betting side of things for you.
