the app doesnt accept my country, tried a vpn at their reccomendation with about 6 other countries including, usa/uk/japan/eur/scandinavia nothing worked

As for the VPN, based on what you write, the casino recommended it. If you are allowed to use it, make sure you always take a screenshot of the conversation so you have it, because VPN is often forbidden to use.
However, when you couldn't get to the site from either country, did you ask which one they would recommend to get it to work?
