So CasinoGuru and this casino are participating in an active scheme.
The so called "no deposit bonus for 140 spins" is actually a deposit bonus.
I mean this is just very very low scheme that you can easily find out just by going there and spinning the "no deposit bonus" demo spins they give you. After that say if you win 20 e, THE ONLY WAY TO ACTUALLY PLAY THIS BONUS IS TO MAKE A DEPOSIT! DDD
I tried 3 times just to close my account but everytime I was just shrugged off by the "operators" AKA. customer service, first they might say "hello"then disappaer. Most of them don't even seem to speak english at all. A poor quality casino in European scheme in the point where it matters: terms and customer service.
I did like the site but otherwise I can only say not for the average EU-player.

Yesterday I replied to your user review and I copied you directly what is written in the bonus on our website. I don't really understand what you don't understand about the explanation. If you have never played with "play now, deposit later" bonuses it would be a good idea to inform yourself so that you understand what it means. I think we have it pretty well explained how it works.
As for closing your account, I find it quite unprofessional of the casino to tell you almost nothing or ignore this request. Have you tried email or just live chat?
