Try to calm down, please; the capslock is not necessary at all. I have never heard of the term "extreme withdrawal." What does it mean, please?

Perhaps it has something to do with sports betting; as much as I learned from your complaint posts, you engaged in sports betting, which we usually do not address. I really hate to say it, but if your issue is only related to sports, not casino games, we won't be able to help you. This is indeed unfortunate, but I want you to know that anyway.

Hi Radka, its not only for sports betting, the amount is a combination of sports bet winnings and casino winnings.


Extreme withdrawal means, they are saying that i already withdrew good amount, so they are not interested to pay me more winnings, which are anyways genuine winnings.

Alright then, just make sure you inform our complaint team about it; otherwise, your complaint could get rejected due to the sports betting activity, because that is what you mentioned in the complaints thread.

Well, it is really not usual to hear this term, as Radka mentioned, and it seems pretty unfair to me. Right?

In their terms, they didn’t mention any withdrawal limit, even they are promising in their live chat that there will be no limit on withdrawal, but once won, they changed the promises. Please try to help me by somehow.
