Hi, I think you answered yourself directly, because if the recipient has to get the money via crypto and send it back, I doubt that will happen in this case. Casino is one of the worse ones and as you say, I would avoid it.

I made my first deposit to place a bet and won and am trying to withdraw but they are telling to play a 12% commission on the withdrawal money. I told them to deduct it from the withdrawal but the said no that I should deposit another money that the bot can't deduct from the withdrawal unless new deposit

I hope your initial deposit wasn't too high. In any case, what you experienced is indeed stressful. Such companies do not even hesitate to provide extremely high bonuses with no cashout limit included, just to ask for withdrawal or verification fees. Your experience was a hard lesson but try to be on guard for similar practices, please. These days scam companies are around every corner, it seems 🙁
