God afton. Kan du hjälpa mig att kontrollera bonusvillkoren? I princip satte jag in €25 och fick en bonus på €25. Jag fick även 50+50 free spins som jag spelade. Kort och gott nådde jag ett saldo på €609, men så fort jag nådde omsättningskravet sänktes saldot automatiskt till €250....Jag undrar om detta stämmer...

I'm very likely going to disappoint you here. I mean, what can we say? The casino has obviously made the conclusion; we do not know based on what facts, so I honestly have no idea what to say.

Do you consider this conclusion to be unreal, please? If so, I suggest submitting the complaint. Basically we won't get further on the forum, I'd say.
