I warn you about this casino, the bonuses don't work,the customer service doesn't know why the bonus wasn't added,they say the technical department is taking care of it,I asked when the problem will be solved,they replied that in a few days,I don't recommend this casino

I'd say technical issues are, sadly, pretty common these days. Though I agree that when something like this happens, support should be ready to ease the customers' "pain".

How about giving them those few more days, then trying that again? Maybe you'll be positively surprised, and maybe you won't.

Personally, I don't think short-term unexpected outages dictate the overall casino quality. 🤷‍♂️

But I appreciate your opinion and thank you for your experiences.

Has anyone withdrawn from this casino yet and has there been any issues , i requested withdrawal two days ago but havent heard anything back..

This is quite an unusual restriction, or rather I have not encountered it many times. Usually it's about some specific games that are restricted but this is probably an exception.

Hi Jaro,

I never play with bonus and my account is verified. I spoke to live chat this morning and they told me it will be processed tomorrow. i requested it last friday and they say it takes two business days but ill let you know how it goes tommorow.

If I had not received an email informing me of the change, I personally would not have noticed it. Since only admins get such emails, the rest of the forum wouldn't know.
