I have deposited 100 and claimed a bonus and wagered it , won R23,000 and they transferred 1000 to my main wallet, tried withdrawing it ,then they cancelled my withdrawl and then sent me the following message, I tried I tried emailing them but they could not explain to me what I did wrong

It looks like they found out that perhaps some software was used by you while playing with the bonus.
I, of course, don't say that it really happened, and our complaint team will investigate further your case if possible.
Please reply to Kristina in your complaint whenever you can, so she's able to get the full picture about everything. Only then will we see how the case will unfold.
