They advertise "Lightening Fast Payouts" but they are anything BUT. It can take up to two weeks to get your payout and they make tons of excuses. Every time you question something they always say it’s in the terms and conditions.
example : Fridays if you deposit $50 you get 50 free spins using code SPINME50. WEll I deposited $100 and didn’t get the spins. They told me it is a deposit bonus. I told them I did deposit - twice the amount. Apparently I had to claim the code "before" depositing" and never got my spins.
Also they always make bonus max cashout $300. But they charge $35 as a wire transfer to withdraw as does my bank so that’s $70 out of the $300
othef times max cashout is $100 so that’s $70 out of the $100 so IF you make the high playthrough, you only really wind up with $30.00 after the fees come out.

So I have been trying to withdrawal from this casino for about two weeks now, account had been verified, at first their excuses where that the withdrawal had to go through a payout audit process and now they’ve been saying for at least 4-5 days that their Bitcoin payment processor is down for maintenance 🤔🤨 How is that even real? How many crypto payment processors are available these days?? I don’t know about you but these excuses seem like nothing but delay tactics. I’ll bet that if you fund via Bitcoin their system isn’t down for maintenance though 🙄 Should I submit a formal complaint?

Hi, since it's been going on for more than two weeks I would probably go ahead and file a complaint. I suppose the casino could offer you some alternative to choose from, but you don't mention anything like that. Also, you don't know how long the payment method should be down ?

So I got up to about $550 on Platinum reels and then at 400 I decided to cash out. Through 3 or 4 days of stressful emails submitting my card just right blocking out certain numbers on the card and sending it through them sending it back blocking out other numbers sending it through and sending it back all through email it was finally up for review then that took about 2 or 3 days. When it was finally time they had denied me because I had--get this--a fucking arrest record from like 15 years ago. Get the fuck out of here. I sent them an email back and said if you're customers knew this you would lose about 80% of them. They refunded my deposit and here I am...... what casino has a policy like that? I'm not on probation or parole nor have I been for several years.

Hi, I'm sorry that you came into this situation and I saw that the verification was not the easiest. Apparently the casino needed a document of this nature as well, so they asked for it.
You mentioned that the casino refunded your deposit, but did the casino take the 400 you wanted to withdraw or do you still have it ?

This place is a joke. I received an email from them saying that I was upgraded to VI P processing so I reopened my account and took a 200% bonus
. Deposited 100 playthru was 9000 with a 10 dollar max bet and when I was all done I won 1151.00. Documents all approved then 2 days later I received another email saying that my account was audited and the max cashout is $500 on that coupon. I did not see the terms when I took the coupon
This is no way of keeping a player
9000 playthru and 500 max cash out.
Another dead beat unlicensed casino.
I asked them to reverse my withdrawal and put the cash back into my account. Let's see if they do it.

They wouldn't reverse my withdrawal back to my account as cash but they said I can reverse it to something called Money Card where you can send money to and from their sister casinos. No thanks I replied. I have played here many times over the years and when I received the email I figured ok (One More Shot ) and I actually won which never ever happened before. $1151.00 not a big win but better than nothing right? well that turned into $500 max cash out. So today I received another email , This email will put you in a good mood. The finance team has approved your withdrawal. Congrats on your amazing win ($500)...I cannot believe I am even wasting my time discussing this. Are these people in a different world than I am.

30x is the casino wagering in the T&C's for all bonuses unless otherwise noted.
Show me a casino that gives you 200% and doesn't add a wager onto it.

Hmm, it's true that you extend your gameplay sessions a bit, but probably not by much. I've seen big wins from such sums before, but it doesn't happen that often and of course to wager 9000 from 0.10 seems pretty unlikely to me.
So I think you probably say goodbye to this casino, am I right ? 🤔
