Let me explain the logic behind the user reviews a bit:
As you can also see in your profile, you mainly submit only very negative user reviews, yet most of them have been approved. So much for the "When we rate casinos negatively, you disapprove of the rating, especially if the casino has a high score."
Additionally, many of your complaints were resolved and you were paid eventually. Thus, every time you previously stated in the user review that the casino does not pay out the winnings, your aforesaid resolved complaints proved you wrong, right? We believe it would be highly irresponsible to approve something that is biased or not true.
Does it now make better sense to you? We really do not have to try to manipulate the user rating. Needless to say, as long as the user rating is not part of the Safety Index, it would be just a waste of time.
Feel free to check out casinos with the highest Safety Ratings, on many occasions, you will find the user rating as terrible - fairly visible.
It looks like that may have been the case in the past when I wrote that. But since it's no longer in the review, that's changed. I just had a discussion about this with another colleague yesterday, and Novomatic can appear to be doing this from time to time because they provide games through aggregators. But we always check with the casino and, if necessary, with the game provider.
