No reaction from the casino they are ignoring me for over 15 days now

I accessed the website and I originally could even find an option of contacting them, but I did a quick research and I was able to find their live chat. Please, give it a try.

Haha casinoguru håller med paradiseplay om att ta mina pengar och stänga mitt konto. Eftersom jag stängde mitt konto "på obestämd tid" på casinosky.

Enligt casinogurun betyder det att jag indikerar att jag är en spelberoende. Jag har verkligen aldrig fått bra hjälp här. Återigen ett skämt.

Även om det tydligt står på Casino Sky-webbplatsen att självuteslutningen endast gäller Casino Sky och inte de andra casinon.

Men wow, om du vinner stort på ett annat casino (som 10 000 euro) så kommer du plötsligt att blockeras under sken av välbefinnande🤣🤣.

Jag hade faktiskt lite förtroende för att casinoguru-teamet kunde göra vad som helst eftersom Playboom etc. inte heller svarar på dem.

Men att casinogurun till och med paradisecasino har rätt gör mig förbannad!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hon skriver att paradise casino gör rätt i att ta mina pengar eftersom jag stängt mitt konto på casinosky. Även om det tydligt står att stänga mitt konto endast är för Casinosky och kommer därför inte att överföras till Paradiseplay. Så hon avslutar mitt klagomål. Det verkar klart för mig att det återigen inte kommer att finnas någon hjälp från casinogurun. Som Veronika skriver kommer hon att avsluta mitt klagomål om hon inte kan hjälpa mig med något annat.

They now have "refunded" my 150 euro deposit. Ofcourse the 10.000 euro withdraw is nowhere to be seen.

They also blocked me from all email communication.

When I usually send a email I get a automatic email back but I dont get that anymore that means they have blocked communication. When I send from a different email adress I do get a automatic email.

I have the same problem as sabine does.

I won 1500 euro and the casino just write the following email:

Its unaccaptable!

However, your deposit of 280€ will be refunded to the same account to which you had requested to withdraw.

In a other piece of your terms you specifically say it can be confiscated in this one you are only telling that my account can be blocked.


They should pay out our winnings its a shame that we have to file complaints about this here.

Det är ett korrupt gäng. Så fort du vinner mycket så slänger de in den regeln så att du inte betalar ut. Verkligen löjligt.

Jag har lite hopp om att något ska göras eftersom de aldrig svarar någon. De bryr sig tydligen inte om deras rykte påverkas.

Självklart tjänar de mycket mer på det här sättet, alla slänger in pengar och vinner du får du ingen betalt och de stjäl dina pengar.

Costa Rica licens, med andra ord de har helt enkelt ingen licens, vilket gör det svårt.

Well im losing my little faith I had. Looks like they will not respond like all brands of the Sarah casinos.


They simply dont care and will just continue frauding people.
