Hej alla,


Jag har följande problem.

Jag ville överföra pengar till mitt casinokonto på Cosmic Slot via banköverföring från Volt eller Altaprime Ltd.


detta har fungerat bra några gånger. Helt plötsligt, efter att ha kommit in i push tan, kom ett felmeddelande upp i betalningsfönstret av någon anledning.


Pengarna debiterades fortfarande direkt från bankkontot och dyker upp i kasinot som en väntande överföring.


Supporten säger dock till mig att ett fel inträffade under överföringen och de kan inte göra någonting. Jag borde kontakta min bank.


Är det någon som har erfarenhet av detta och har jag chans att få tillbaka pengarna?

The money must be somewhere. I would give it a couple of days if the money isn't back in your bank account or credited to your casino balance contact your bank.

Can you have a look at the attached transfer receipt from my complaint?

That is the proof that the money is gone from my bank account and is now at the altaprime bank account as you can see in the receipt.

My bank doesnt see anything else when I contact them, do they?

Making a bank transfer to a casino account is a bad idea, it's the most problematic payment method, I have seen dozens of complaints similar: uncredited deposits done by bank transfers. Wait a couple of days, max 5 working days, try to be patient, eventually it should be credited to your account, I would recommend you avoiding using that deposit method in the future. Have in mind this is not a rare event, it happens quite often, try using e-wallets for payments, bank transfers tend to be problematic

How did the other complaint ended?


I know the cases where the deposit took a few days. And the support told them to wait for it.


but in my case the support told me they didnt receive the transfer. It dont sounded like I have to wait a few days till it arrives on my casino account.

I don't truly know, I have seen some solved, I remember seeing many open complaints about uncredited deposits and I could swear I have seen a couple of unsolved ones, but I can't really tell, I might be wrong. I do know casinos solving uncredited deposits cases take a really long time, I remember seeing one case that took like a month, so be patient, like I said, wait at least 5 working days, if it takes more time start pressuring them. Personally I only had one uncredited deposit case and it was solved instantly, difference is it was a crypto deposit and it's easy to solve, it just requires checking the deposit address, bank transfers are not that simple, wait a bit, maybe the casino makes a manual crediting of funds if they react to your complaint, good luck!
