Hello guys, on 07/04 I requested a withdrawal at Olympusbet in the amount of 1300BRL, after 21 days of waiting for my withdrawal, the casino refused my request, the reason would be problems with payment to Brazil, on 24/04 I went to support to find out more information and one of its attendants informed that my withdrawal is a priority and would be paid before the 30/04th, I entered the support for more than 20 times and took screenshots, where the support promises me the payment for the next day and nothing happens, I also offered to make my withdrawal through digital wallets, but they don't respond, I have all calls saved.

This sounds like a trouble worth checking by our complaint team. I'd say, the casino had enough space to present you with a working solution.

If you agree, use this link and create a complaint, it would be best if you could paste all relevant communications, screenshots, and other stuff related to the delayed payment to the complaint.

Jag spelade med casinot och vann en summa, ca 6 dagar har gått sedan uttagsbegäran, men den är fortfarande under behandling.

Jag har skickat all dokumentation som efterfrågas för kontoverifiering.

men när de väl fick allt för cirka 6 dagar sedan svarar de inte längre på vare sig Kyc-mejlet eller infomejlet.

Livechatten svarar mig med att kopiera och klistra in svar och utan att meddela mig om behandlingstider för uttag.
