Jag har ett problem med Nomini Casino..
Jag gjorde en insättning på nästan 1000 euro och jag gjorde ett uttag på 300 euro. Den riktiga 12.02.2022. Nästan 5 dagar skriver jag varför dessa pengar fortfarande inte är bekräftade.. får alltid samma svar.
Jag fick inte ens ett försäkringsmejl om dokument.
Alltid samma svar oavsett chatt eller e-post.
Just nu är det en stor väntan på uttag..

Det spelar ingen roll var jag spelar... ladda alltid upp mina dokument först och om det är bekräftat så betalar jag första gången.
Men det finns spel som Nomini där kunder inte kan ladda upp sina dokument, utan måste maila dem senare om de vill betala ut något.
Men jag har inte ens fått ett mejl än om mina dokument.
Fick aldrig mejl från Nomini, ska jag skicka mina dokument via mejl.
Alltid kommer samma svar... Vi har för närvarande en lång väntan på utbetalningar.
Jag är säker på att det kommer ett mail senare jag ska skicka alla mina dokument.. och då kommer det definitivt ta för lång tid då det inte går att göra..
Men jag är själv riktigt dum för jag har aldrig läst förut att utbetalningar på detta casino är så dåliga..
Måste alltid vara försiktig med var vi betalar överhuvudtaget.
Problemet är att det tyska casinot är bättre, bara spelautomaten går så långsamt. Men utbetalningar kommer väldigt snabbt när något är vunnet.
Jag har låst många onlinespel, jag ville testa något nytt.. Det var mina misstag..
Det är bättre att alltid stanna där spelet redan är försäkrat med dokument och utbetalningarna går snabbt.

I can understand it does not seem very promising when you're being told that withdrawal waiting time is currently long, especially just before any verification. On the other hand, they may be short on staff or have some system update/maintenance (just an example) and don't want to share this with customers. To me, it seems you approach the new casino carefully and minimize the risk, so this was just a bit of bad luck, I'm sure.
According to your experiences with German licensed casinos, you are a rare exception. Other players are unhappy with RTP, intentionally lowered by 5% commission for each spin, so the total RTG feels very unfavorable. It's good you managed to win even under these circumstances.

The problem is that you can feel very safe in German casinos, on the other hand, your winnings are 5 % lower there. If you're OK with it, then I don't think you'll have any issues with payments with German casinos.

Nomini has failed to confirm my address for 4 months. I have 167 euros pending as withdrawal and they refuse to verify my "proof of address" documents. Last week they finally accepted one to just refuse the other day. They even do not respond what are wrong with the documents. Their support has general answers not specifying the problem. lI think they are not interested in paying me. I made several deposits there, in total even lost money

It almost sounds like the staff is somehow lost so can't decide what should be accepted which is not your concern, of course. I imagine it's impossible to explain the issue to the player when you are not sure what the solution actually is. I'm also wondering how many players from Albania play in this casino.
One way or another, I hope the complaint will help sort this out.
