Do not play on this casino iv deposited there a lot of money , somehow made it back then proceded to withdraw it it was 7,5k PLN.
Iv got an e-mail from casino with 300 ZL bonus spins , not thinking about it i decided to spin it all somehow won 40k, what happend after iv tried to withdraw it. They deducted 38 k PLN from my ballance due to the fact that i broke rule about bet ammount i won it on 40 PLN when 20 zł was acceptable.. EVEN So still they basically stole from me 5,5kPLN. Iv tried to reach help from them unfortunetly as they said '' they cant do anything about it ''
One more time DO NOT PLAY ON THIS CASINO THEy are THIEVS.

I'd say that if you break the bonus rule, you should deal with the consequences. I find it pretty unfair to say that casino has stoles from you when you had broken rules in the first place. It's important to say that such rules should be clearly visible and easy to understand. Just a hint if I may, would be good to check all bonus terms BEFORE taking the bonus, sometimes you can even find the bonus is not that good in the end.
Anyway, have you noticed you overbet while playing with the bonus? If so, always reach out to the support or chat operator. We all make mistakes, we try to convince casinos one mistake is not a crime or a reason for voiding the winnings.

Its been long time since this casino does not work or is it simply restricted to Canada?
