Hi. Just out of curiosity, are you aware of when this casino requests full account verification? Any chashout limits, perhaps?

I strongly urge to not play at this casino..I'm still waiting for my withdrawl which has been pending now for 5 days and everytime I ask support what's going on they give me the runaround and then keep asking what more do u need. These casinos get there deposits immediately, yet when we try to withdraw funds ,,we have to play the waiting game. And yes my account is verified.

I saw the last user review and it certainly sounds similar at some point. Did you see it? It was published just a week ago:

"It is always easy to deposit, but when it comes to withdraw its a whole other story. First they dont have credit card as an option if u want to withdraw, so i had to use bank transfer and it just says "failed" even if all the numbers are 100% correct. I have had 25-30 e-mails to the support team for 2-3 days, and all they ask is for screenshots (i have sent the same screenshot 3 times now) and then they say they will ask another depart´ment. So i would not recomand anyone to ever play here. If you are a semi big player and get a good win you might have to wait for months to get your winnings out as the withdraw limit is extremely low"

Omg so check this out..they said they sent my money to my bank and it was accepted but that's impossible as my bank is a online bank and they don't accept wire transfers .I did not know this...and now the casino is telling me there not responsible once it leaves there platform. I talked to my bank and they told me under no circumstances would they even got a mess saying it was accepted because they don't accept them.so this casino is basically stealing money from. Customers as that is what it appears . I am contacting my lawyer and whomever governs this casino

Oh, now it sounds very similar... Is this really the current casino strategy? It is kind of dumb, really, since all it takes is a message or a phone call to the bank to find out if this is possible or not.

How about you try to complain using our specialists? We have a whole team for that. The process is free of charge; the only investment is the time and efforts.

The idea is to provide the casino 14 full days to pay out the money; however, in this situation, it almost sounds like the casino already believes they are out of the matter. Which, in my opinion, is a very wrong assumption.
