I played and it’s horrible the cat game was over 125 straight losing spins unbelievable and they have a high 40x requirement and I’m not sticking around to see if they pay out

I played some 20 free spins at .20 on Big Bass Amazon extreme and won a healthy €27.00 from them. Then I played. 50 x40 wagering and didn't get one win over €1. Spoon disappointed only completed .2.8% of the wagering I never take a wagering bonus on depositing now the terms and conditions STINK!!

Nearly everything I have heard about RTG casinos is negative, I suppose they don't offer the original RTP for their own games in some of their own casinos, so far the only one that seems to be legit is Brango and the bonuses are quite similar to the ones offered by this one (never tested it tho)

Actually I like RTG casinos in general. Its the management of some of these that Suck!. Example: 400% bonus the play thru is x20 for the deposit and bonus but the free spins@ 25 cents is x45. That to me does not make any sense. Rtg casinos have some cool games. If you get a casino that doesn't tune them down and you bet above $10 you can win a decent amount of money. You must play with clean cash no bonus. Most RTG casinos have a bet limit set at $10 sometimes $5. I have won mostly over the years on RTG platform. Others like Saucify, Rival, etc on occasion, but not much.

Update. I took and bonus a week ago and after meeting the play thru requirements I finally won $1768.91. I received an email from their finance department asking me for documents. I send all they asked for but received a response they were incomplete. I got a bit annoyed so I decided for some reason to play my winnings and luckily won again leaving me a winning balance of $3168.00. I then sent the additional docs they asked for and I received another email stating that they received my docs and it has been put into my account. They also said keep in mind you maybe contacted again for compliance reasons???

After 5 days I contacted chat support and asked them about my withdrawal. They said it usually takes 4 days before it goes into the payment process. I also asked if I could deposit and play without hurting my pending withdrawal. They said yes you can deposit and play but with no bonuses. So I did a few times and yesterday I won an additional 500 bringing my total to $3600. Today I received an email from the finance department saying they need a copy of my credit card used for these additional deposits. Even though they had a copy from the previous documents they wanted them again and if I didn't deliver them in 5 days they would void my winnings and put them back into my account. I sent them today

This is the first for me. Hope this doesn't turn into a nightmare for me like some other previous experiences. I will wait 4 more business days with no game play. Let's see what happens.

My fingers are double crossed. I was reading that a player won 38,000 and never got paid. Hopefully that doesn't happen to me. I was playing the game(Great Temple) @ a $12.50 bet . I hit $1200 on a feature round.

No difference I play on demo the same stake as I start with $1 then if it's playing well Iincrease it. It must have been a lucky day. After you mentioned 300 spins and no wins I started to play in demo mode. $25 bets nothing, 12.50 bets and 6.25 bets nothing but a 350 win. My original deposit and win were in the limits. as far as I see it reversing a pending withdrawal is actually a deposit in a way so x20 of 1762 equals 35,000 so i am ok in the range. Then my last deposit while waiting for my money i deposited 105 where x20 of that would be 2100 I only won 500 but added that to my total pending. So far so good its requested and waiting. Hopefully they do not try to pull a funny on me. That would just piss me off and put me over the edge. lol
