Depends on what you mean by fair. The way how the games are made means that the games are never fair towards the player. If the games were fair, they'd have 100% RTP. So basically you need to be lucky in order to win. Then there are casinos that are unfair in a way that even when the player is lucky, they void the winnings for some stupid reason. These casinos never get good ratings.
So basically you'll never find a casino where you could be profitable from the long-term perspective. Otherwise the casino would bankrupt 🙂
