This casino is kind of scam. I got 15 free spins in crash and then completing wagering wanted to withdraw. First the verification was not completed. and their system wasn't allowing any documents. Now all of a sudden they restricted india only to not payout. Their terms doesnt mention of India as restricted. Scammers.

That part is definitely worth questioning.

I checked the current MYBC terms, and India is not listed among the specifically restricted countries there. So if the casino is now telling you that your account or withdrawal is being restricted simply because you are from India, I think they should be able to point you to the exact rule or policy they are relying on.

The earlier verification issue also matters, especially if their system was not allowing you to upload the requested documents.

I wouldn’t conclude yet that the casino restricted India specifically to avoid paying your withdrawal, but the timing understandably raises questions.

If they continue refusing the withdrawal without giving you a clear rule or explanation, I would consider submitting a complaint and include the current terms, the verification issue, and the message where they told you India was restricted.
