Hey, that's something I wouldn't want to go through myself. 

If the game had technical problems, it's something that can happen, but with the last FS I'd probably be pretty upset about it. 

I would assume that the casino would investigate such a situation with the game provider, or at least take an interest in it. But I see that they haven't told you anything yet, so opening the complaint will be a good step and we'll see if the casino comes up with something in the next few days or not. 

If not we will try to help you somehow if possible.

Hi so it is now showing what i have won but it didnt add to my balance. The casino are an absolute nightmare to get a hold off i have no answers and no winnings. Can you help please?

So what’s the general experience here, I’m waiting on a £150 withdrawal, they were very quick to cancel it as I didn’t withdrawal with the same method as deposit (which wasn’t actually an option for me) they tell me that withdrawals are processed at first Tuesdays and Thursdays, then they tell me it’s Tuesdays and Fridays, but after agreeing the withdrawal method wasn’t an option there has been 2 Tuesdays and a Thursdays and Friday with no movement on it, I’m getting answers on the chat like ‘it’s up to the finance team’ or it can take 10 business days, it’s all starting to seem a bit suspicious especially as when playing big bass bonanza the scatter rounds were completely different to every time I’ve ever played BBB on any other site. Currently I’m on day 6 with no movement (after being completely verified)

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I see that the casino gave you two different versions. Which payment method did you have to use? We give casinos 14 days to resolve this process, and if you are already verified, I believe that will happen.

I have no option to withdrawal via the same method as deposit it’s just not there for me I have shown them screenshot and they told me the finance team has acknowledged this and will accept bank transfer, I wait 8 days and then they canceled it again for the same reason, used that managers email, he says he will overview it and then it gets cancelled

Okay, then the complaint will be in place, and I see you're already trying to open it. We'll see where our team gets to.

If they told you what payment method to use and then rejected it without reason, I don't really understand that. 

So you don't have an active withdrawal request now? Did you ask them why they rejected it?

I do have an open withdrawal as I immediately just requested it via bank transfer again, yes they keep saying it’s because withdrawal and deposit don’t match and I keep telling them it’s not an option, they seem to acknowledge that and have said bank transfer is fine and then just cancel it again and say the same thing about the methods not matching

Well, then we'll have to wait and be patient to see what they find out. I don't think it's very normal for the casino to argue like this when they themselves said that this is an option for withdrawing money.
