Joined up yesterday but cannot make a deposit. I chcked with CS before joining and they said they take credit cards but there is no option to use it on the deposit page. Contacting CS 2x

They first told me it was there . I told them I don't see it. I refreshed and still no cc option. I have complained to them several times. They advertise Mastercard. Now they stopped responding when I contact chat.

They take crypto only.

We apologize if you were given the wrong information, unfortunately we cant take visa transactions from the US but if you did want to play on our casino we would accept only crypto payments.

Its not only Visa, Its all credit cards from the USA. Crypto is accepted. Misleading by their customer service reps.
I asked for my account to be closed 3 times. It's still open...see below
