yeah verified it before I start playing, only a week I’ve been waiting. Only deposited £20 and won £1400. But they are just saying 7-21 business days.

Sadly, operators with such terrible safety scores usually do not care much for resolving disputes, but you are welcome to try the complaint, of course.
I'm sorry you played there. 🙁 Would be much safer to at least choose a casino with a green rating. UKGC-licensed operators are the best call of all times. Just consider it a fair option for the future, please.
