I won a stream prize 2 months ago, and I opened the account as told. Today I logged in, but there is no money. The agent Ebru first lied and said there was no stream. Then, when I proved there was a stream, the agent found another excuse, saying the prize can’t be paid now. There is no timeframe given when account should be open. I did everything required, no time for pupening account was given, they did not credit me for month. but they don’t want to pay and the agents are lying.

I imagine for you the matter is crystal clear but on the other hand, streamers are generally speaking no way direct casino employees. Instead, they pretty much aim to influence as many players as possible to register under their affiliate link. May I know what the stream prize was about? So at first I contacted them after I completed my wager from the wellcome bonus because the money (around 900$) was frozen in the balance for a while and I couldnt play anymore. Hello, I'm having trouble withdrawing money from this bookmaker. After two bets, I received a 0% limit. My account is in the red because I deposited more than I wanted to withdraw. They asked me to verify my identity. I did so. My account is verified, but the withdrawal status is "pending approval." I'll just point out that I requested a withdrawal on December 6th via Crypto.
