Anybody have account in this casinos? Is operated by Versusodds B.V. i try to withdraw money but chat is offline... deposit instant, withdraw? 🙂

I know Versus Odds really well, I have played a lot in many of their casinos (some good, some really bad) and never heard about this one. Withdrawals on average across all of their casinos take 15 hours (crypto), usually live chat is always available and mails get replied in less than a day, is your account verified? That casino is not even reviewed by Guru

On their casinos, if your account isn't verified you get a mail right after requesting a withdrawal asking for verification and it can take up to a week and documents are normally uploaded on the verification tab found in your account.

The casino must have an specific mail for support and after checking I found out their live chat is not available 24/7, but their support by mail allegedly is 24/7, check: https://www.merlincasino.com/es/info/contact-us

My friend 🙂 support email does not exist 😉 i already mentioned about this in 2nd post... i send question 3 or 4 days ago... and nobody answer via contact page 🙂 nobody answer via offline message (since sunday...)

Unfortunately the casino has not been reviewed by us yet so we don't have much information about them. Anyway, I already forwarded the link to our Data team and they'll certainly make the review.


I don't have any experience with the casino but I tried to contact them, but no answer so far, I will update this if they do.

If I may ask, for how many days have you been waiting for your withdrawal?

Read whole topic xD and try to sent email support@merlincasino.com 🙂 this is official email on site 🙂 you know what will happen? 🙂 only email is in license page (versus odds email). I sent email to versus odds and ask about merlincasino and i am waiting for answer (i think they will never answer xD)

Curacao license does not specify an exact process for account verification, leaving it up to the operators to create one to ensure that the customer’s player’s identities can be verified. The process we have in place to verify a player’s account involves three elements of verification; ID verification, proof of address & proof of payment.

They added a compensation, which is incredibly rare for casinos, I had dozens and dozens of delayed withdrawals across many casinos and never got any sort of compensation 😂

This specific casino is not reviewed by guru, so there is no referral link by the moment. And yes, giving compensations is a way to retain users, but quite honestly I almost never see casinos giving anything away no matter the circumstances, I had several delayed withdrawal across many casinos and never got something as compensation, not a deposit bonus or anything, only a "we are sorry for the inconvenience" 😂

And which games are you playing? If this casino already accused you of forbidden gameplay, I would suggest you to stay away from their sites

  3. Not every listed bonus means we have an affiliate partnership

We aim to attract as many players as possible by creating content focused on search results. Many players seek bonuses, not particular casinos (quite a dangerous kind of adventure), so we try to list each bonus we are informed about to ensure such a player ends up on the same page as the casino's security index is located. Call that damage prevention.
