Have you tried to withdraw your winnings, though?

Ah I see other people have noticed the same as me. When you play at lots of different casinos, you get to notice game play. As i have said before I am a noticer, and its obvious that these games do not play with the games supposed RTP.

Hopefully someone can go through the hassle of contacting the providers.

Hello,

I've used this website recently and i agree that slots are fake, they are not connected to official server of provider let me explain

No replay

script is different than normal

payment are also different

there are weird bet size like 50 cents on every hacksaw (that doesnt exist, thats not listed on any casino and not purpose by provider)

I have a withdraw on hold since wednesday, they say the KYC team is delay cause too much people are trying to KYC but i dont believe in that, i seriousely doubt they have a lot of new customer

I believe that such indications are quite convincing when you play slots from a given game provider frequently. I would not play in such a casino if I had such suspicions.

i send my card hiding some number, proof of living, id card, they cancel my withdraw twice and i ended up playing everything, i will just say to everyone dont play on that shit

That's something I definitely didn't want to hear. 

When you go through verification, it's common for the casino to cancel your withdrawal, and until you pass KYC without any problems, you can't withdraw. Only when it ends with a positive result is it usually possible. 

So nothing was resolved, and you even lost your money. 

Sad. 🙁

If something like this happens again, never play with money and try to pass verification first. If that doesn't work, we try to help players in need. But if you lose your money, there's nothing we can do to help.

yeah well its fine, i lost, they are scammers anyway, only fake slots, KYC that take days when 99% of true casino auto kyc with software and no human behind it, i will stick to crypto casino with instant withdrawal and not that shady thing

I contact with them multiple times and they still the same answer- you have to wait .It is over one week now and i saw reviews about mad casino and i start woories about my win money.. they owe me 500 euros

Sure, when it comes to money, I understand why you're worried.

I would like to add that we give casinos 14 days to pay out players, and if nothing changes, then we would try to help and contact the casino. 

If they tell you to be patient, it may not be entirely sufficient, but it is often the most effective thing you can do. 

So try to hold on a little longer and we'll see if you get your money this week or not.

Slots that you cannot play with the bonus are also listed. It would be best if you couldn't play them at all with an active bonus, but you can see that some casinos don't enforce this.
