Hello. How it is possible that your account can be closed from koicasino? They told me that these are completely different sites but still this happened. I went to koicasino live chat asking about my blocks and during this conversation The chat worker closed down my account on lysti.

I can see that these two casinos have the same owner, so maybe that explains it. Could you describe it a little bit better, please, and tell us the reason they have closed your account? Did you have some real money left there?

So what does it means? I went to koicasino complaining about The fact that i have asked to block me from all of sites they have. It was promised to me that i won't ever be able to use those. During this conversation they said that we have now closed your account on Lysti. I didn't even told that i had an account there.

As I understand it, they actually acted as you requested and blocked your accounts all over their casinos. Isn't that right?

No matter when it was made, If im blocked from this group I shouldnt have been able to make an account at all. They should refund deposits made based on this.
