I suppose by "chip" they mean bonus balance. The value for the 5k deposit is really low (3%), while the best value is making a deposit of 51 and getting the 5 USD chip (nearly 10%). If the promotion has no wagering requirements it's good, if it got requirements then it's not a good deal, for these percentage I don't think requirements are neccessary since the value is not that high on any deposit amount. All your deposits throughout the month gets accumulated and depending on the cumulative deposits amount you will get the chip (probably bonus balance) on May 31
