There's a link for verification, what happens when you click on it? First, you have to verify yourself and send the casino documents so that you can withdraw money.

I have sent all my documents via the link and after the link said processing since they said it takes 24 to 48 hours it took forever

I am having the same issues as everyone. I looked for verification before I deposited and it seemed like nothing was needed then I tried to withdraw and had to verify which is fine. But it’s taking forever. I have emailed them and no reply it’s just a ghost town. You can’t even navigate the site while waiting for verification which makes you feel very uncomfortable like you will never see that money again. Just a massive loss in trust to receive no further info and have no emails replied to. I even messaged a creator that has an affiliate with them and he’s not even replying which is not reassuring. The worst part is the actual functioning and games were an incredible experience. But I have lost all trust and really need access to my acc

However, no other clues since then.

When you say it takes forever, when did this start, please?

I believe presenting your situation in the form of a complaint would show us possible options. Aet first of all, the casino has 14 full days to fix the matter without our interfering.
