it was maintenance, now they rarely even respond. last night after waitin over2 or 3 hours on live chat, they said they aren't capable of issuing payouts. i have cashed thetre multiple times with no issue, but all of a sudden , this happens

paid in full this morning. do not know what happened but all is well.

As far as I know the problems were with the provider CoinsPaid, my casinos also faced these problems but now everything is ok

Oh I see, so it was a hacker attack. Thank you for adding that information. 

It's certainly an unpleasant situation, whether for the casino or the provider, but I hope that everything will be fine and the situation will be resolved.
