I was unable to withdraw the money from the website. They guide me to contact the support but their support never available.

Hello, I see that there are some problems with the withdrawal and that I should contact live chat. In the second screenshot, I see that live chat is undergoing maintenance and that I should contact them by email. 

So did you do that and ask what the problem is with your account and withdrawals? Did the casino tell you anything, or did you not get any response at all? 

I already mail to them more than 15h now and there’s no response at all.

It's definitely not right for the casino to refer you to email and then not respond.

The only thing I saw was that his complaint was not resolved because it apparently concerned sports betting, which we do not deal with. So that's about all I know.
