I can confirm I’ve had 3 payments today. But I still have another £9,000 to go. They have blocked my withdrawals now so I’m asking they remove this so I can withdraw the rest

How about you complain like the others did? To me, it seems like an appropriate action given your overall negative experience. How do you feel about complaining?

Same position for just over £6,000.
Stalling on withdrawals. On initial sign up they had paid out two payments one for £500 and the other £450. Although this was also delayed.
They took commission off the winnings for Euro to sterling pound conversion rates so received slightly less than withdrawal values.
I'm now just stuck with chatbots and no further progress. It's sickening how they operate and with no complaints feature available.
Maximum of 3 withdrawals pending at any one time and limited to Maximum value of £500 each. This has since increased due to me reaching level 3 VIP status on their platform. I've been informed Maximum withdrawals is 800 euros. Which to play safe I've entered £650 withdrawals on my 1 of 3 recent pending withdrawals.
Sickening how they operate, my fingers are crossed. However reading review on the site I'm less than optimistic given they are non licensed with the UKGC. Wish I avoided now.

They pay out, just takes a long time. Took me around a month and they’ve finally paid it all out.
yes in £500 withdrawals at a time. Very painful and slow process but got there in the end.

Pleased to hear you have had some partial success. I do hope you receive all that is owed. Yes, typically it appears they have applied currency transfer fees/admin which is outlined within their T&Cs.
I've received a notification that they have approved funds for my 3 pending withdrawals. See screenshot as attached. Hopefully this clears - slow process and fingers still crossed. 
Bank has also provided a notification to me, however remains pending with them now.
If you don't mind me asking was your winnings majority from slots? If so bonus buys or natural spins mostly?
