Hej, mycket bra, är det någon här som spelar på linebet?

Eftersom jag har skickat ett mail sedan den 6 februari och jag fortfarande inte fått något svar, fortsätter supporten att svara mig samma sak, väntar på svar från mailet men det kommer aldrig. Jag kan inte ta ut pengarna som jag satte in från början och som jag akut behöver.

Är det någon som vet var jag kan klaga så att casinot kan ge mig svar på min protest?

The platform is: LINEBET Amount: 58k euros The title says it all, but i won too much that i found out i got restricted from online casino betting, contacted support and they told me i should send them my ID, i searched online and found out that it is not safe to send ID cuz it can be used in fraudulent activities (i’m from morocco). So i became hesitant about sending them any information. Cuz, pretty sure even if i send them the documents they will ask for more and try their best to make me give so i can’t requests a withraw. And they can sell my ID for extra income to the casino, what should i do ?

I’ve been trying to verify my Linebet account for months and the process doesn’t seem to move forward.


Here’s what happened:

1. Linebet asked me to send photos of the documents I used during registration. I sent them.

2. After that, security team asked for a selfie holding my ID next to my face, with the background showing I’m contacting the security department. I sent that as well, following the exact instructions.

3. Since then, my account is still unverified. Customer support only replies robotic messagrs and gives no timeline or reason for the delay.
