I submitted a withdrawal request for 10,000,000 VND, but Legabet canceled the withdrawal and confiscated all my winnings, returning only my original deposit of 1,600,000 VND.
I affirm that I did not violate any terms or conditions during my gameplay. I contacted Legabet’s support team to request an explanation, but they refused to provide a specific reason and did not present any evidence or reference to any rule that would justify the confiscation.
I believe this behavior is non-transparent and shows signs of fraudulent practice. I respectfully request that Legabet return the full amount of my legitimate winnings, and I seek Casino Guru’s assistance in resolving this dispute fairly.
