STAY FAR AWAY! This site will allow you to make a deposit. Once you try to play most of the games will not work. When you contact customer service they will make every excuse in the book blaming your devices for the site not working and when you prove it is their site then will try to get you to site up for a different sit and will not allow you to withdraw your money . So basically they just steal your money. BEWARE!!!

I have been speaking with several representatives from Las Atlantis Casino, some conversations were pleasant, most left a lot to be desired when it comes to getting basic customer service. I won a very small amount which was $596.93 I attempted to withdraw this amount, I was unsuccessful in this endeavor, due to Las Atlantis Casino billing department would not allow me to collect my winnings. They said it was due to me using two bonuses at once, and that I placed a bet over $10, 64 times which violated the Terms & Conditions of the Bonuses, and since I violated the T&C any winnings I had received would be null and void. Mind you I was playing "Live Dealer" Baccarat and their T&C says Live Dealer isn’t playable if you have any bonuses attached! Case in point this organization deliberately lied, stole my winnings with their lack of transparency, and unprofessionalism. I can’t imagine why this company has not been investigated, and a class action lawsuit hasn’t been filed with all the people who has been defrauded by Las Atlantis Casino.

I'm sorry, but I could not find the part where the casino lied to you.

If all of this is stated in their Terms and Conditions, you were able to read it all. You should get yourself informed while playing with any bonus because it's quite normal that special restrictions are applied. That's a standard and very common.

Sadly, not all restricted games are technically disabled while playing with the bonus, the same goes for the maximum bet. Let's just say that the player should get familiar with the bonus conditions/restrictions and try to play accordingly.

I also think that by placing the higher bets you probably gained some advantage over the casino, as well as by playing live games instead of slots. This is a crucial part we consider very carefully while dealing with players' complaints.

I'm sorry but if you breached all those rules the way you described, the casino acted accordingly, I'd say.

But I sincerely don’t think you fully understand the gravity of the situation, allow me to fully acknowledge I have read the T&C regarding bonuses specifically for Las Atlantis Casino, and it is grossly apparent you haven’t read for yourself the T&C when it comes to the General Conditions for Bonuses, you screen shotted a general explanation that is applicable for online gaming, but you never screenshot from the actual Las Atlantis Casino website which is troubling, but I did it for you for the sake of truthfulness and transparency so let’s get to the facts. Only reason Las Atlantis Casino has a high ranking because you cannot register a complaint against them from this website, you can only write a review. now look at my screenshot which is from their website and pay close attention to #13 where it explicitly states that Live Dealer games are only available to play when the deposit amount does not have a bonus attached! Now how can I get punished for playing a game that their website says I can’t play with a bonus attached, then get my winnings stolen from me because they allowed me to play the live dealer game with a bonus attached! This is a fraudulent company all Americans and fellow gamblers stay AWAY!

I do understand what this situation is all about. I also wrote that these are terms we provide to players, simply because you may access this bonus from our site. It's only fair that we inform players about those rules in advance. I did not say I used the actual casino's terms, although those are saying the same. Baccarat games - live games are restricted because this bonus can only be used on specified games.

I wanted to demonstrate, that there are several rules attached to the bonus and you simply have to keep those in mind while playing with the bonus. That's normal, that's standard, I'm afraid.

I also think that the casino simply can't block the live games for you only if the bonus is active, I think its platform doesn't work this way.

In the ideal world, you won't be able to access and play the game, sadly the casino is not able to block those games if the bonus is applied so they inform you via those rules.

The moment you register, you agree with the Terms and Conditions, the moment you take any bonuses, you agree with those bonus terms and conditions as well.

I'm not saying that this is the ideal state of things but it's just like that.

I made a lot of these mistakes and realised they were my fault for not adhering to the rules which were all clearly there. If I played according to the relevant T&Cs then there were never any issues. I have since closed my account here but only due to high transaction fees on withdrawals and poor conversion rates when depositing. Otherwise they were very good.
