Title: Krikya Locked My Account and Withheld 22,000 BDT
Hello,
I want to report a serious problem with Krikya casino.
I deposited 1000 BDT and accepted a first-time deposit bonus. I played normally and completed the required turnover. After playing sportsbook and live casino games, my balance reached 22,073 BDT.
I then requested a withdrawal of 22,000 BDT. After that, my account was suddenly locked and I cannot log in anymore. The support team accused me of "scamming" or "bonus abuse" but they did not provide any proof.
I only have one account and I played fairly. If any rule was violated, the casino should provide clear evidence instead of blocking my account and confiscating my winnings.

It is understandable to feel dissatisfied with the unannounced voiding of winnings. It must be challenging to accept this kind of decision without getting clear and straightforward answers.
I can assure you that my colleagues from the Complaint Team will investigate the matter, thanks to your already submitted complaint. I would, however, strongly recommend updating the information, because as far as I can see, the complaint is about delayed payment, while here on the forum you provide quite a different picture of the situation. Voided winnings are not considered delayed payments, and Karla needs to be informed.
