can you specify both your questions, please? I honestly do not follow.
From my perspective, players without gambling problems may freely decide whether they want to try offshore casinos. The question, in my opinion, is how to spot a fair casino—in general.
A dangerous casino might never pay out, while a scam casino will not pay out at all; the remaining sorts sometimes depend on individual experiences and circumstances that may change over time.
Not very helpful, I guess. 😀

It's all these people asking for there money bk due to wrong codes if you are on gamstop and they change something due to people doing this you may face a problem, no?

Well, in my opinion this is not very related to how quickly the casino pays.
If you are on Gamstop, do what you can to avoid any other casino in the future. I believe that is the point of being registered. Under such circumstances, asking for the best casinos with payouts goes directly away from the point that you should not pay at all. Do you feel it the same way?
I was discussing this with an addicted player, and he explained that the chargebacks and hunting missions only led him to believe that playing is still acceptable because he was trying to resolve the consequences, while the underlying issue remained unaddressed.
This is what he told me, his own experience.
So, expecting non-UKGC casinos to prevent you from depositing is very risky and I understand that misused codes are a real problem for problem gamblers. However, one has to work on his ability not to register.
I know how it sounds, but this is how it works; the reality is just like that. 🙁
