I would like to file a complaint about PlayAmo Casino due to contradictions in their Terms & Conditions and unfair treatment of players regarding VPN use and restricted countries.


I contacted PlayAmo support directly and received the following information:


VPN use is possible and not clearly forbidden.

A player can register from one country and play from another using VPN.

However, if the registered country is restricted, the player "cannot play at all."

At the same time, responsibility is pushed entirely onto the player.



This creates a very dangerous contradiction:


Deposits are always accepted instantly, even when using VPN or from restricted countries.

Winnings, however, can be refused or confiscated if the casino later decides the player used VPN or was in a restricted location.



In practice, this means:


If a player loses while using VPN → the casino keeps the money.

If a player wins while using VPN → the casino can block the withdrawal and confiscate everything.



This is not fair and shows a double standard. If VPN or restricted countries are truly not allowed, deposits should be blocked from the start, not only when a player requests a payout.


I kindly ask CasinoGuru to review this case and request clarification from PlayAmo Casino. Players deserve transparent rules and consistent enforcement — not contradictions that only benefit the casino.

My colleagues will review the complaint and provide you with a concrete outcome, taking into account any additional information the casino may provide regarding this situation. If there is a disputable amount involved. I'm basically not sure about this, to be honest.

The way I see it, casinos should accept every country that is applicable in the registration form and is not included in restricted countries; that would make sense to me. If the VPN is allowed, I feel that the player is allowed to use it but not as a way to bypass the aforementioned restricted countries. You as a player should respect the form of the registration form, so if you fill in the information correctly but plan to play from a different country plus use the VPN, I guess the casino should explain whether it is ok. In my opinion, a well-trained support person should be able to explain the situation to you.
