For example, imagine that players from Brazil are only accepted by the Curacao licensed version, so every player from Brazil will be automatically redirected to the Curacao licensed page, so all restricted games are not allowed.

Technically, you are registered in their central database, I believe that you are not registered on both sites, you are just able to access the proper page while using the second one.

Try to ask the support about this.
