Well, considering I didn't get a "verification email" at the very beginning and that I did not see a support contact email anywhere on my casino site at KENT, I am going to take an educated guess that there isn't one - for me anyway. The only form of communication was LIVE CHAT, and they would either answer me in Russian, or they would leave or let me sit in the chat for days - and when I say days, I mean DAYS. My winnings were significant, and I would definitely wait DAYS for over 100,000 dollars.

Have I mentioned that they immediately shut down my account on me shortly after I won, and now I have no entry - I can't even change my password to get in, etc... so this is why I have the suspicions I have - that they are not a decent and moral casino, that will pay clients when they win LARGE amounts. I had to let go of over 100,000 dollars when they did this.

Do you know of some way that I can recover this? I mean, it seems to me that this thread is very "PRO" KENT Casino - which is nice and all, but my experience there was nothing but a robbery on their part, which I feel is a SCAM move. What could be worse to do to a customer than this?

Just tell me, please, if I understood correctly that you have no access whatsoever to your account with the remaining balance in it. Is it so?

Didn't they send any email to you with an explanation?

ITs a fraudulent site, thats why. I have supplied screenshots of my 230,000 - Winnings. Told to deposit the min of $50 - then asked to deposit another amount in order to get my winnings. As soon as I questioned this with the LIVE chat, the live chat disappeared, and now (not surprised), my account has been disabled? Fake casinos like this SHOULD BE banned and should be punishable legally - IT is theft! DISGUSTING! The saying if its too good to be true? Then it is probably not real? --- This saying could not be more correct. I also not that they has a previous page within this forum that was blocked? ALl reviews indicate the same issue - FAKE site.

That is not how I feel - This is based on fact. There is no complaint process. The high Safety Index, that you speak of are "odd" reviews - when I questioned my winnings then my account was deleted - after being told to deposit the min $50 - then being told that i need to deposit $120 to get my winnings

Best general advice: if you have any doubts, stay away from such good offers shared through social media or chat groups, especially Telegram channels, if those do not appear on the website or seem suspicious.
