I am currently waiting for USD800, and USD350 (two weeks apart) the customer service seems friendly enough. They are sticking hard to the "5-7 business days" for processing IN ADDITION to another "5-7 business days" for payment once approved. So, three weeks total. I'm approved, kyc complete, and Wednesday will be the 14th business day on the $800.
I use Bitcoin exclusively, and usually deposit clean.

Ok thanks. Having the same issue…informed me payment was sent yesterday, however nothing received. Your vip manager was Artur? Everything is on mail, the amount of the settlement, the mail that they have sent the money. I know they have sepa instant, amount should show directly on the bank account.

It's always better to remind yourself from time to time, but if it usually takes 8 days, I'd start being nervous after 8 days passed. Not earlier 🙂
