Especially I saw the reviews on thrustpilot from 23 April 2023 exactly the same things . But I thought let’s give it a try . And my bank is not the one . I played that evening more then 2000€ with the same bankingapp somewhere else without zero problems . Especially they promised me a solution in 24 hours .
if it was a small amount i would have said ok .
but this is big money .

It’s a very fishy casino … lots of discrepancies about verification, pending money that is still pending and went of account . First I was verified now suddenly not . Please keep a eye on my official complaint on guru .
