It's quite simple. There are casinos with the same management and there's quite a lot of complaints against these casinos that were justified.
They also have unfair terms and conditions. For example:

The fact remains that Diamond Reels Casino has been a "Total Blessing" for me and my mom. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit in late January and early February of last year, my mom and I had to play on internet casinos. Brick-and-Mortar casinos were closed. We played for months at Diamond Reels Casino. We had loads of fun! We actually had some very large withdrawals (over $5,000) and many lessor cash outs ($100-$4,999). Diamond Reels Casino promptly paid ALL of our withdrawals. The deposit time, into my checking account, was 5-10 business days, from my withdrawal date. Never, ever, not even once, did I disagree with Diamond Reels Casino's deposited amount. Diamond Reels Casino is rated with a "Questionable Reputation". Yet, I have never had any disputes with the Diamond Reels Casino. Currently, I'm having nightmares with two (2) casino's rated as "Good Reputation".
