The situation is as follows: I made a deposit from my personal non-custodial wallet Phantom (Address: fileHCB1LpdnGsvPyCvQG3fwUscYMWHNEcsmUcBcaAaapA4b). I have already provided the casino with full proof of ownership of this wallet, including screenshots of the interface and the transaction history.

However, the casino is blocking my withdrawal of 3,400 EUR, demanding verification of a Robinhood account. Robinhood was used only as a third-party exchange service to purchase cryptocurrency before sending it to my Phantom wallet. Since it is a custodial service used for a one-time purchase, I do not have access to the internal verification documents they are requesting.

I have proved that the funds were sent to the casino directly from my own Phantom wallet. The casino is setting an impossible condition (third-party verification) as a pretext to avoid paying out my winnings. I ask for your assistance in resolving this unfair delay and ensuring the casino respects the proof of ownership of the actual depositing wallet (Phantom)."file

I see. So there’s no way you can get a document confirming that you made the exchange the casino is asking for? That’s basically the only thing needed to verify your identity? 

Sometimes these cases are complicated, though I’d say this one might be resolvable. 

That’s why I’m glad you opened a complaint, which is still under review, and we’ll see what our team says about it and if they can help.

I’d probably just wait for that now.
