I am filing a complaint against Jack.com regarding a disputed roulette round.

On 10.09.2026 at approximately,I placed bets totaling $11 on several numbers, including 28 black. The bets were accepted and the ball was spun.

The ball landed in pocket number 28 — one of the numbers I had bet on. However, immediately after the ball settled, my bet was cancelled and the stake was simply returned to my balance.

The screenshot I took clearly shows the ball resting in pocket 28, while the game display shows number 26 as the result. The displayed result does not match the physical position of the ball.

I contacted customer support, but my complaint was ignored.

I am requesting:

1. An explanation of why a winning bet was voided after the ball had landed;

2. Payment of the rightful winnings on number 28;

3. A review of the game round logs.

If the casino could not help with the technical result of a round and the canceled bet, I would recommend asking the associated game provider instead, assuming they accept such complaints, of course. As far as I understand your quest, the data from the game provider is certainly involved. What do you think? Can you see the canceled bet in your gaming history, maybe? That could really help with your progress. It also appears, though I'm not certain, that the game was a life roulette, which is why the logs seem to be a real clue.

They don't have the option to contact the provider... and the casino itself is simply ignoring my complaint...

I see. I was talking about presenting your conclusion directly to the provider, while the other official option would be the licensing authority. For both, though, I still believe you should have more details available, like the gaming history from that day at your disposal, ideally in an Excel sheet. That's usually what players ask for or are asked to provide when a similar situation occurs. I mean at least as much as I can add based on my experiences.

Fast signup without documents doesn’t necessarily mean the casino will stay completely no-KYC.

A casino can still ask for verification later, especially when you request a withdrawal, hit a larger win, or trigger an additional security check. So I wouldn’t assume that no documents at registration means no documents will ever be required.

If you’re planning to play there longer-term, I’d check their KYC and withdrawal terms now, before you end up in a situation where a payout is waiting on verification.
