Hi I have withdrawal from my account to my credit card for 15 days until today I didn’t get paid also I sent emails for them asking about my withdrawal before 4 days they said it will take more time , after that email they are not responding emails, what can I do to get my money from the casino

and about my situation I didn’t get any response from 15 may

and I don’t have another payment method

the credit card I deposit from is the same card I’m trying to withdrawl in it and I’m using it on another casino’s with no problem’s

so maybe there is another problem, Have you already passed KYC verification, please?

Anyway, you should get some answers from the casino, especially if you dealing with the withdrawal.
