Well what is happend now is that all withdrawel requests Where rolledback to my account. An i’ve played all because they didn’t pay out. All time I was in contact with vip manager who says everyday,"they are reviewing your request at this moment"… They have in their T&C a processing time up to max 48h. After 60h ive all rolled back because i didn’t trust. But they had also to protect me from continue playing with the rollback. I losed control. Its one big mindfuck.

This casino has allowed me to lose all my money through excessively high deposit limits. I am now completely bankrupt. These people clearly don't give a damn about responsible gambling or addiction prevention!
