Why I can’t reach the casino, no reply in live chat for one week and no reply on emails for one week… I still can’t launch games as I always enter them in fun mode. I tryed to withdraw then, as I can’t play I wanted my deposit back. Request also pending since 5 days…

Hi, I'm not sure why you haven't gotten a reply in over a week from live chat. Was your account already verified when you submitted your withdrawal ?

If the casino is not responding at all in this case, I would recommend to wait a little bit, but if the problem persists, I would file a complaint, since you have no information from the casino as to why you are having such problems. I would like to point out that we give the casino 14 days to resolve the withdrawal issue.

If you receive any new information in the meantime, or if you manage to get a response from live chat or email, please don't hesitate to let us know.

I tried to get to the casino page as well, but I was unsuccessful. I suspect, like you, that something might be going on. I have passed this information on to our data team who will look into the situation, so if I get any new information I will mention it. 

Anyway, If you by any chance get a response from the casino, which I'm not sure about, you can update us as well, because I'm quite interested in this situation. I hope it will turn out well in the end and everything will be sorted out.

I deposited 20€ but it's impossible to enter any game. It just opens in FUN mode and there is no way to switch it. They've also not responded at all to my withdrawal request. It's just pending since August 25th.


Seems to be totally abandonded and should be marked as such.

Hi, as far as the withdrawal is concerned, we give casinos 14 days to process this request. But the question is, did the casino also indicate why the withdrawal is still pending ? 

As for the fact that you can't play any game except in fun mode, that's strange. Did you ask the casino what the problem is in this case if you only enter the fun mode each time ?

They don't answer, as "CasinoDino" has described above. The live chat has a standard message like "We'll get back to here or via e-mail", but nothing happens, no matter how long you wait. As I said, it's completely abandoned.

Sure got it. I've passed your information on to our data team and we'll see what they eventually find out, but according to the latest information, our team hasn't gotten a response from the casino either. 

As far as the withdrawal is concerned, as long as nothing moves forward and you don't know anything new after mentioned 14 days, I would recommend filing a complaint. 

In the meantime, I will be glad if you continue to update us if there is any new information.

Jag har samma problem som onecash, insatt för över 3 veckor sedan, alla spel är endast tillgängliga i "roligt läge". Utbetalningen har inte behandlats på 2 veckor.

Hej Jaro, ja jag är verifierad och har redan haft uttag, IGU Casino är helt enkelt dött, ingenting har hänt där sedan åtminstone 18 augusti 2023. Inget spelande, ingen support via e-post, ingen support via chatt, om inget ämne! Och naturligtvis ingen utbetalning på 3 veckor. Det är roligt att ingen vet något om det, det måste beröra många. Jag kommer att meddela dig om något förändras, jag misstänker att kasinot helt enkelt inte längre kommer att vara tillgängligt mycket snart.

Yeah, I understand. The casino is already set up as a "zombie" here on our website as our team had the same experience and got no response. I'm very curious how long this situation will last and I'm also interested in the withdrawal since you already said it's been 3 weeks. I don't want to be skeptical but I don't see it looking too rosy. I hope I am wrong.
