Good afternoon, there is a situation with this casino that during the deposit they just did not credit it and say that the funds have not reached them although the funds were sent to the bep20 network in USDT token which they obviously support. Support is trying to keep quiet and does not answer directly, but from the messages it is clear that they have the money, they just want to get extra money by deception

These kinds of situations are really difficult to investigate, unfortunately. When it comes to crypto, especially.

Many times the casino is not even at fault, you know.

I can provide evidence of how the casino avoids answering about receiving the transaction and in general their attitude to this situation, just trying to cheat on 650 dollars, if possible through e-mail I can provide all the prufs because here do not want to upload images

Romi. Can you send Tomas to crypto courses? Look what he has answered to the complaint of the person in this tread. The person has sent USDT in BEP-20 chain. But Tomas think that he has sent BUSD. BUSD is not existed anymore.

Binance-Peg BSC-USD means USDT in BEP-20 Network.

He has sent you USDT in bep-20 network. You accept USDT in bep-20 network. He attached txid. Where is your proofs?

Look what they say. They accept that is not supported since 2023.If it is not supported it is impossible to send it. Especially from exchange.

And you casino guru has not protected the player. What a shame.
